The essence of Sharis, expressed by traditional varieties such as Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon, and international cultivars like Chardonnay, represents the beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia in all its diversity.
After gentle destemming the fruit was left to macerate for a short period, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.

Straw yellow with light green hues.
Nose:
Fresh, vibrant aromas of apple and pear fruit and Mediterranean scrubland. Hints of jasmine and elderflower express stylish personality blending with hints of tropical fruit and lemon zest with subtle balsamic nuances.
Palate:
Fresh-tasting and well-balanced, with hints of tropical fruit harmoniously entwined with a lively tanginess. Long and lingering with a lovely minerally note in the finish.
Food pairings:
Excellent as an aperitif, it is well-matched with asparagus, vegetable soups, puréed legumes, marinated fish.
